Standard Delivery

Our standard UK Mainland delivery service is shipped via Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 working days) with an option to upgrade to First Class (1-2 working days). Large parcels may be shipped via courier service. Orders over £25 will be sent via a Signed For service.

UK Delivery Charges

Coasters | Trinket Dishes | Curves | Waves: Free Second Class & £1.00 First Class.

No extra charge for additional products.

International Delivery

All international orders will be sent using a tracked and signed service.

Europe: approximately 3-5 working days | Flat rate £8.50.

USA & Canada: approximately 5-7 working days | Flat rate £10.

Australia & New Zealand: approximately 5-7 working days | Flat rate £15.

China: approximately 5-7 working days | Flat Rate £10

Please note that these shipping times are not guaranteed as parcels can be delayed once abroad. Any import taxes incurred would be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Dispatch Times

We hold a small quantity of stock and if your product(s) are in stock they will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchasing. However, we do not hold stock of all product variations and will contact you if your item(s) need(s) to be made. As a guide this would usually be within 7 days, but please do contact us if it is more urgent.

Returns

If you wish to return a product for any reason please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the product(s) are received in their original condition you will be refunded your purchase amount (not inclusive of shipping costs). We can not be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit, therefore it is recommended that a tracked and signed service is used. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for personalised items and earrings unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
